if you are new to TheIdealCandidate , you’ve come to the right place! STEP 1 – KNOW WHICH BLOG SYSTEM YOU ARE USING
The best module for you will depend on which blog system your site is using.
Some blogs allow for more flexibility than others so we developed modules accordingly.
STEP 2 – INSTALLING THE BEST OPTION FOR YOUR BLOG SYSTEM
Your blog is on wordpress.com:
Your options are limited because wordpress.com do not allow for javascript or plug-ins on the blogs they host.
However, the wordpress.com community is so big (more than 200,000 blogs) that we wanted to give their users a way of using TheIdealCandidate.
The module you have to use on a wordpress.com site is the RSS feed.
You have downloaded wordpress from wordpress.org on your own site:
You’ve downloaded and installed wordpress? Well, we have developed a dedicated module for you.
You are using blogger.com
You can use an iframe showing the job listing.
You can change the css of this iframe to fit into your design
You really know what you are doing, and you want full control
We have an XML file for you to use. Whatever language you want to use (php, .NET, etc..) you can decide how to show the information.
