My client is a well known and respected technology company which is continually growing into a wide range of markets within the games industry and beyond.

Due to their continued growth and development oof my client they are looking to appoint a Test Team Lead who will take responsibility for testing the software.

The suitable candidate will be required to define and implement a comprehensive strategy. Working closely with the Product Owner and technical team the role is responsible for selecting and managing the tools necessary to perform effective system, performance, regression and automation testing activities.
Leading a small team of testers, the successful candidate will have experience of testing software development kits.

Experience of working in an Agile environments is also beneficial as is experience of testing 3d graphical products.

In addition candidates must have prior experience of developing automated tests.

Responsibilities
• Accountable for the quality of the software being released.
• Develop an automated test suite
• Formulate a test strategy and associated processes/tools.
• Assist with creation and management of suitable test environments
• Assist other test analysts with system, performance and regression testing

Skills / Abilities / Knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to track issues, estimate, prioritise and balance requirements under pressure
• Ability to develop an automated test suite

Experience / Education
• Degree level education or equivalent industry experience
